• Customer relationship management.
• Having sole responsibility for various projects.
• Development of market and production site analyses.
• Elaboration of feasibility studies.
• Calculations of profitability.
• Development and implementation of adequate marketing strategies.

• Tertiary qualifications in the field of real estate industry or business and administration.
• Solid professional experience in full service 5 Star deluxe hotel/resort development.
• Excellent English skills are mandatory, further languages are advantageous.
• Analytical thinker with a creative mind.
• Hands on management style.
• Complete openness, honesty, loyalty, integrity and a high degree of professionalism.
• Experienced and efficient with the modern information technology.
• Flexible in travelling.
