• Having sole responsibility of various projects phases
• Development of market, location and competitor analyses
• Elaboration of feasibility studies
• Calculations of profitability
• Development of adequate marketing strategies
• Preparation of reports

• Tertiary qualifications in the field of real estate industry or business administration
• Solid professional experience in full service 5 Star deluxe hotel/resort development
• Excellent English skills are mandatory, further languages are advantageous
• Experienced and efficient with the modern information technology
• Preferably international work experience
• Highly committed, flexible, team player and a high degree of professionalism
