Our companies are structured in three divisions:

World Leisure Real Estate Development Company is pre-qualifying and assessing the single hotel assets for the investment pre-decision, icluding the Due Diligence process.

World Leisure Investment AG is responsable for the capital placement and the Assetmanagement.

World Leisure Capital Group AG acts as the central investment and fund management company, as the Holding company of the WL subsidiaries and as the management company of the equity investments of Limited Investment Partners.

 
Our investments are primarily financed by investment priorities of our fund owners and shareholders via our World Leisure Hospitality Finance and Investment Structure, Switzerland as well as the respective Property companies established separately for each property.
